I'm looking for a color but don't see it listed...

The color options available on the list are the most frequently requested. However, I've done weddings in the past with colors like Kiwi green & orange, antique gold, various shades of yellow, fuschia, chocolate brown, etc. My philosophy is the best customer is a happy customer. If you are looking for a specific shade not on the list, email me and I will try to match it. I may not always be successful, but I will do my best. Back to top

I need a sample. Can you send me one?

As there is no minimum number to order to buy at Elegant Favors (with the exception of bookmarks) , you are more than welcome to purchase a quantity of one or two in the colors desired. (As supplies/materials do cost money, I cannot unfortunately send out 'free samples'.) Back to top

Shipping

We ship with one of the following methods: US Postal Service (Priority mail with delivery confirmation) or UPS. Priority mail generally takes 2-3 days, but can take up to 7 in some areas. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of orders while shipping. Postal insurance is automatically added for orders over $50.00

How long will my order take

Please allow 2-4 weeks for Us to complete and ship your order. For events that are inside a month, please feel free to email us to see if we can accomodate your order. (a lead time of 4 weeks is recommended for placing an order) Back to top

$0.01 - $10.00 = $3.00

$10.01- $25.00 = $9.00

$25.01 - $75.00 = $15.00

$75.01 - $150.00 = $20.00

$150.01 and up $25.00

Returns/Refunds

Due to the fact that the favors are custom made and personalized, we cannot unfortunately accept returns or give refunds. All sales are final, cancellation of an event is not our responsibility. With the exceptance of a mistake on our part, damaged* or misprinted items will be replaced or refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
